Getting Started with TIMER

Step 1. Paste sequences or upload sequence file.

First, paste the sequences in 'TEXTAREA' or upload the file, which include the sequence. The sequences must be in 'FASTA' format. TIMER Web server was designed to accept at most 10000 sequence at once.

Step 2. Select the species types and file types.

Selcect the types. You can choose one of them. We have given the default choice. Set thresholds. Threshold for converting predicted probability to class label,default is 0.5.

Step 3. Wait for the result.

It might take a little time to analyse the sequence, and soon the result will be displayed.

Step 4. Get the Result.

After a few seconds, the result will be generated and displayed in the result table.

Step 5. Query your result.

You can also query your prediction result in the job list page or input you job ID in the query form. The result will be stored in our Website for 15 days!
