Getting Started with Porpoise

Step 1. Paste RNA sequences or upload RNA sequence file.

First, paste the RNA sequences in 'TEXTAREA' or upload the file, which include the RNA sequence. The RNA sequences must be in 'FASTA' format. Porpoise Web server was designed to accept at most 10000 sequence at once.

Step 2. Select the species types and file types.

Selcect the types. You can choose one of them. We have given the default choice, and you can get to know the detail through the website and tips.

Step 3. Wait for the result.

It might take a little time to analyse the sequence, and soon the result will be displayed.

Step 4. Get the Result.

After a few seconds, the result will be generated and displayed in the result table. It will take 20 seconds to predict a hundred of RNA sequences

Step 5. Query your result.

You can also query your prediction result in the job list page or input you job ID in the query form. The result will be stored in our Website for 15 days!
